Based in Pittsburgh, Pa., Sanna Carapellotti's work has accelerated healing and change for thousands who discover the solutions they seek. With a nontraditional style, Sanna expertly integrates energy psychology modalities, epigenetics (inherited trauma), brain science, the self-healing arts, and her practical philosophy to facilitate big life shifts. Her strategic approaches and results make her an authority in the field and the one to trust when you are ready to take the all-important next step for your betterment!
As a recognized leader in transformation, I facilitate the change clients seek in their lives, which can include: Feeling more confident and joyful, increasing tolerance of body pain, improving relationships, making more money, strengthening for surgery, terminating stress eating, or mentally conditioning for sports and competition, to name a few.
The goal is to heal the core issues. Generally, the presenting problem masks the outdated, burdened subconscious mind that attempts to manage one's current life. The impact of childhood abuse, inherited trauma, relationship conflicts, medical trauma, money issues and fears contributes to present stresses and are often masked, hidden behind the presenting problem. To achieve the desired outcome, awareness and healing terminate the power of the issue through my integrative process.
Leveraging my background in multiple psychology disciplines, including child psychology, mental health, and my previous training in psychotherapy, I have developed a program -- Integrative Solutions™ -- that combines five therapeutic techniques, as well as products and yoga that yield maximum effectiveness for transformation to occur. The mind-body based work engages within the complexities of the subconscious system, revealing the value of -- and the solutions within -- the struggles clients are experiencing. I like to remind clients, that "if you have the problem, you also have the solution." I facilitate that process and you experience livable transformation."
"Look for the answer inside your question." Rumi
I’ve been in private practice since 1993, offering empowerment services, audio, and in-person classes. I created the popular HypnoDining® class, as well as routinely speak to groups on eating psychology, imagery and healing, mother issues and stress management.
Prior to starting my own practice, I was the director of four child abuse prevention programs and a parenting project, as well as an adjunct professor of child development and psychology at Webber International University. I was an instructor at Polk Community College and a guest lecturer at Florida Southern College. I practiced as a prevention therapist and a mental health therapist under the direction of Ph.D. and (psychiatric) medical doctors.
Sanna Carapellotti received her Master of Science degree from Duquesne University, School of Educational Psychology and her Bachelor of Science degree from Franciscan University in Psychology.
